We are further motivated by the observation that government has been less likely to cut current spending in response to frequent plunges in oil revenues. This, in return, has led to higher macroeconomic instability in times of oil price volatility. We identify technology shocks, oil revenue shocks, foreign exchange rate shocks and money supply shocks as the main sources of business cycle fluctuations. After estimating the model with quarterly data over the period 1990:2-2015:1, the analysis of impulse response functions indicates that production and inflation responses to shocks confirm factual data and the relevant theories. In response to monetary and oil revenue shocks, output rises in the short term; while it falls as result of a surge in the general price level. Foreign exchange rate shock generates a decrease in output but it increases in the long run, due to higher investment. Moreover, positive monetary, foreign exchange rate and oil shocks generate an increase in inflation; while technology shocks induce a decrease in inflation. }, keywords = {DSGE-BVAR,Oil exporting economy,Oil shocks,New Keynesian economics}, title_fa = {بررسی اثر تکانه‌‌های بیرونی بر اقتصاد نفتی ایران در چارچوب مدل تلفیقی تعادل عمومی پویای تصادفی و خودهمبستگی برداری بیزین (DSGE-BVAR)}, abstract_fa = {وابستگی بالای اقتصاد ایران به درآمدهای نفتی و نقش پررنگ آن در نحوه تخصیص بودجه دولت به اعتبارات هزینه‌‌ای و عمرانی خصوصا چسبندگی بالای اعتبارات هزینه‌‌ای به هنگام کاهش درآمدهای نفتی موجب بی‌‌ثباتی متغیرهای کلان اقتصادی در شرایط نوسانات قیمت نفت شده است. از این رو در این مقاله اثر تکانه‌‌های بیرونی بر اقتصاد نفتی ایران در چارچوب مدل تلفیقی DSGE-BVAR بررسی شده است. با برآورد پارامترهای مدل با استفاده از روش بیزین طی دوره زمانی 1392:4- 1369:1، نتایج حاصل از شبیه‌‌سازی مدل حاکی از آن است که توابع عکس‌‌العمل آنی متغیرهای تولید و تورم در برابر تکانه‌‌های تکنولوژی، پولی، نفتی و ارزی مطابق با انتظارات تئوریک و مشاهدات دنیای واقعی است. تکانه‌‌های پولی و درآمدهای نفتی در کوتاه مدت تولید را افزایش داده، اما با افزایش سطح عمومی قیمت‌‌ها مقدار آن کاهش می‌‌یابد. علاوه بر آن، در نتیجه تکانه ارزی، تولید ابتدا کاهش یافته اما با افزایش سرمایه‌‌گذاری‌‌ها، در بلندمدت افزایش می‌‌یابد. نرخ تورم در اثر تکانه مثبت پولی، درآمدهای نفتی و نرخ ارز افزایش یافته اما با تکانه مثبت تکنولوژی کاهش می‌‌یابد.}, keywords_fa = {مدل تعادل عمومی پویای تصادفی (DSGE),خودهمبستگی برداری بیزین (BVAR),اقتصاد صادرکننده نفت,تکانه نفتی,مکتب کینزین‌‌های جدید}, url = {https://ecoj.tabrizu.ac.ir/article_6472.html}, eprint = {https://ecoj.tabrizu.ac.ir/article_6472_9fc3c46facadb8576451ecbf22eb6915.pdf} }
