The equity in allocation of emission allowances have a significant impact on efficiency of this system. Based on Zero sum gains data envelopment analysis (ZSG-DEA) allocation model and given the premise of fixed CO2 emissions, this paper attempts to determine optimal emissions allocation and creating conditions for cooperation among selected OPEC members. The results show that after initial emission rights were allocated in accordance with the ZSG-DEA model, optimal distribution in these selected countries differs from their current state. Also, Consider to the energy consumption indices, capital formation, population, gross domestic production and CO2 emissions, the optimal emissions in our country is higher than the current level. While Saudi Arabia, Iraq, Kuwait, Qatar and the UAE should reduce their CO2 emissions.}, keywords = {Data Envelopment Analysis,ZSG-DEA model,CO2 emissions,Allocation of emission permit}, title_fa = {تخصیص موثر میزان انتشار CO2 بین اعضای منتخب اوپک: مدل مجموع سود صفر در تحلیل پوششی داده‌‏ها (ZSG-DEA)}, abstract_fa = {اهمیت روزافزون کاهش انتشار گازهای گلخانه‏‌ای و ارتباط تنگاتنگ توازن توسعه اقتصادی و انتشار این گازها، نه تنها مستلزم همکاری همه کشورهاست، بلکه منصفانه بودن روش تخصیص مجوزهای انتشار بر عملکرد این سیستم نیز بسیار تاثیرگذار خواهد بود. در این مطالعه، برای تعیین میزان تخصیص بهینه انتشار و ایجاد شرایط همکاری برای دستیابی به حداکثر کارایی در بین کشورهای منتخب عضو اوپک، از مدل غیرخطی مجموع سود صفر در تحلیل پوششی داده‏‌ها (ZSG-DEA) با فرض میزان ثابت انتشار دی اکسیدکربن (CO2) استفاده شده‌‏است. نتایج بیانگر متفاوت بودن میزان بهینه انتشار در کشورها نسبت به وضعیت فعلی آنهاست. در کشورهای منتخب عضو اوپک و با در نظر گرفتن شاخص‌‏های مصرف انرژی، تشکیل سرمایه، جمعیت، تولید ناخالص داخلی و انتشار CO2، با استفاده از مدل‏‏ ZSG-DEA میزان بهینه انتشار در کشور ما بالاتر از میزان فعلی می‌‏باشد حال آنکه کشورهای عربستان، عراق، کویت، قطر و امارات باید میزان انتشار CO2 خود را کاهش دهند. }, keywords_fa = {Data Envelopment Analysis,ZSG-DEA model,CO2 emissions,Allocation of emission permit}, url = {https://ecoj.tabrizu.ac.ir/article_7448.html}, eprint = {https://ecoj.tabrizu.ac.ir/article_7448_7164ac88e10944e4b87066370df0e240.pdf} }
