بررسی امکان تشکیل منطقه بهینه پولی در کشورهای عضو سازمان همکاری اسلامی (OIC) با استفاده از تکنیک خوشهبندی فازی و خوشهبندی سنتی
سازمان همکاری اسلامی در سال 1971 تشکیل شده و شامل 57 کشور اسلامی می-باشد. از جمله مهمترین اهداف این سازمان تقویت و گسترش مناسبات سیاسی، اقتصادی، تجاری و ایجاد بازار مشترک بین کشورهای اسلامی میباشد. با توجه به این مورد شاید تشکیل منطقه پولی بین کشورهای اسلامی بتواند آنها را در حصول به اهداف این سازمان یاری رساند. لذا هدف از این مطالعه بررسی امکان تشکیل منطقه بهینه پولی در بین کشورهای اسلامی میباشد. به عبارت دیگر این مطالعه با استفاده از تکنیک خوشهبندی فازی و خوشهبندی سنتی و بر اساس معیارهای منطقه بهینه پولی، درجه تشابه اقتصادی بین کشورهای اسلامی را بررسی کرده است. بر اساس نتایج حاصل، از بین کشورهای اسلامی کشورهای عضو اتحادیه اقتصادی عرب از درجه تشابه بالایی برخوردار میباشند. همچنین زیرگروهی از گروه کشورهای عضو اکو نیز از درجه تشابه بالایی برخوردار میباشند. به این ترتیب اگر کشورهای اسلامی به ضرورت و اهمیت همگرایی پولی بین خود پی برده و جدیت کافی در ایجاد این همگرایی را داشته باشند آنگاه میتوانند اتحادیه پولی کشورهای اسلامی را با ورود کشورهای عضو اتحادیه اقتصادی عرب شروع کرده و سایر کشورهای اسلامی را تشویق به انجام اصلاحات اقتصادی لازم کرده و آنها هم میتوانند به ترتیب و در طی زمان وارد اتحادیه پولی شوند.

تحلیل توهم مالی و سیاست بودجهای در منتخبی از کشورهای درحال توسعه با روش داده های تابلویی پویا
توهم مالی از عوامل موثر بر وضعیت بودجه دولت است. توهم مالی به درک نادرست از پارامترهای مالی و برآورد بیش از حد و کمتر از حد مخارج و بدهیهای مالیاتی اشاره دارد و موجب سوگیری در تصمیمگیری بودجهای در تمام سطوح دولت می-شود. به نحویکه وجود توهم مالی در مؤدیان مالیاتی، ساختاری از انگیزهها را در مقابل سیاستمداران و تصمیم-گیرندگان قرار میدهد که ضمن اتخاذ برنامههای مصارف عمومی به افزایش مخارج، بزرگتر شدن اندازهی دولت و در نتیجه افزایش کسری بودجه منجر میشود. هدف پژوهش حاضر، بررسی اثر توهم مالی بر سیاست بودجهای، در منتخبی از کشورهای در حال توسعه در دورهی زمانی 2000 تا 2014 است. برای این منظور از تکنیک دادههای تابلویی پویا و تخمینزن گشتاورهای تعمیم-یافته سیستمی (GMM-Sys) استفاده شده است. نتایج نشان میدهد توهم مالی اثری مثبت بر کسری بودجه دارد. به نحویکه اثرپذیری کسری بودجه از توهم مالی در کشورهای صادرکننده نفت بیش از سایر کشورها؛ در کشورهای با کسری بودجهی بالا بیش از کشورهای با کسری بودجه پایین، در کشورهای با سطح توهم مالی بالا بیش از کشورهای با سطح توهم مالی پایین؛ و در کشورهای با درآمد بالا کمتر از سایر کشورهاست. تورم نیز با اثری مثبت بر کسری بودجه همراه بوده و نرخ ارز و درجه-ی باز بودن تجاری تاثیری منفی بر کسری بودجهی این کشورها دارد.

برآورد نرخ بیکاری همراه با تورم غیر شتابان در استانهای کشور رهیافت فیلترینگ دادهها
این مقاله به بررسی روشهای موجود برای تخمین نرخ بیکاری همراه با تورم غیر شتابان (NAIRU) در سطح استانهای کشور میپردازد. در این مقاله از تکنیکهای آماری و روشهای فیلتریگ سریهای زمانی جهت تخمین NAIRU برای اقتصاد ایران در طی دوره 1396-1381 استفاده شده است. در روش فیلترینگ باند- پس مشاهدات بسیاری را در ابتدا و انتهای از دست میدهیم، به همین جهت برای ارائه نتیجهگیری کلی، تنها از نتایج بدست آمده از دو روش فیلترینگ هودریک- پرسکات و کالمن استفاده شده است. بعد از برآورد مدل، تفاوت نرخ بیکاری واقعی و نرخ بیکاری NAIRU برای استانها محاسبه شده و با استفاده از آزمونهای مختلف استانهای کشور به لحاظ پایداری و ثبات در مقابل سیکلهای تجاری رتبه بندی شدند. نتایج به دست آمده حاکی از روند نامنظم شکاف نرخ بیکاری واقعی و نرخ بیکاری NAIRU ایران در طی دوره 1381-1396 برای کل کشور و استانها میباشد. همچنین بر اساس نتایج این مقاله استانهای چهار محال و بختیاری، آذربایجان غربی، خوزستان، اردبیل و کرمانشاه به ترتیب بیشترین نوسانات را دارند و استانهای قزوین، مازندران، سمنان، یزد و بوشهر به ترتیب با ثبات ترین استانها در مقابل نوسانات اقتصادی هستند.

سرریز نوسان نرخ ارز بر بازار سرمایه در ایران
نوسان نرخ ارز به عنوان یکی از مهمترین فاکتورهای اقتصادی همواره بر رفتار عرضه و تقاضای بازیگران فعال در بازارهای مالی اثرگذار بوده است. نظام مدیریت نرخ ارز شناور مدیریت شده در کشور و سهم قابل توجه صنایع وابسته به نرخ ارز از ارزش کل شاخص بازار سرمایه، اهمیت تبیین سرریزی میان دو بازار را نمایان می سازد. این مقاله به بررسی همبستگی پویای شرطی و سرریز نوسان نرخ ارز بر بازار سرمایه با استفاده از سه مدل گارچ چند متغیره در یک دوره دوازده ساله منتهی به سال 1395 می پردازد. هدف این پژوهش تبیین نحوه اثرگذاری شوک های بازار ارز و شدت سرریزی نوسانات آن بر بازار سرمایه است. این امر می تواند نقش مهمی برای تصمیمات سرمایه گذاران، تحلیل گران بنیادین و نهادهای حاکمیتی ایفا نماید. نتایج این پژوهش مؤید وجود پایداری کوتاه مدت منفی و پایداری بلندمدت مثبت شوک های نرخ ارز بر بازدهی بازار سرمایه است. همچنین سرریزی نوسان به صورت نامتقارن و مثبت از بازار ارز بر بازار سرمایه تأیید می شود.

تأثیر سرمایه اجتماعی و سرمایه انسانی بر آلودگی هوا در استانهای ایران
هدف مقاله حاضر بررسی و تبیین اثرات سرمایه اجتماعی و سرمایه انسانی بر آلودگی هوا در استانهای ایران طی دوره زمانی 1394-1379 میباشد. در این راستا با استفاده از منطق فازی سرمایه اجتماعی در هریک از استانهای کشور برآورد گردید. سپس با توجه به پویا بودن مدل تحقیق، اثرات سرمایه اجتماعی و سرمایه انسانی در کنار متغیرهای کنترلی بر انتشار آلودگی هوا با استفاده از روش گشتاورهای تعمیم یافته مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. نتایج نشان داد که سرمایه اجتماعی و سرمایه انسانی تاثیر منفی و معنیداری بر انتشار آلودگی هوا در استانهای ایران دارند. لذا دولت میتواند با برنامهریزی در زمینه؛ افزایش تخصصص و بهبود کیفیت نیروی انسانی، همچنین ارتقا آگاهی، جلب اعتماد و افزایش مشارکت مردم، کاهش فساد، وارتقاء شاخصهای اقتصادی، انتشار آلودگی هوا را کاهش دهد. سایر نتایج تحقیق نشان داد که رشد اقتصادی، صنعتی شدن، شدت انرژی، شهرنشینی، آلودگی دوره قبل تاثیر مثبت و معنیداری بر آلودگی هوای استانهای ایران دارند. اما متغیر مجذور درآمد سرانه تاثیر معنیداری بر آلودگی هوا ندارد.

بررسی کانال ترازنامه در مکانیزم انتقال پولی با تأکید بر نقش شرکتها (مطالعه موردی ایران)
کانال ترازنامه پس از بحران مالی بزرگ 2008 و در پی ناتوانی کانالهای پیشتر مطرح شده در ادبیات مکانیزم انتقال پولی در پاسخگویی به رخدادهای اقتصادی مطرح گردید. این کانال را میتوان همچون کانال وامدهی بانکها در طبقهبندی کانالهای اعتباری و مبتنی بر فرض نقص و ناکارآمد بودن بازارها به دلیل وجود اطلاعات نامتقارن قرار داد. این کانال به جهت پررنگ نمودن نقش مؤثر شرکتها در انتقال اثرات سیاست پولی به متغیرهای واقعی اقتصاد اهمیت مییابد. صورتهای مالی پنجاه شرکت غیرمالی در ایران در دوره زمانی 1386-1393 و با استفاده از روش GMM مطالعه شده است. نتایج به طور خلاصه بیانگر اثر منفی و معنادار ارزش خالص شرکتها و متغیر تقاطعی نسبت پوشش بهره شرکتها با سیاست پولی بر تسهیلات دریافتی است؛ بنابراین اثرات سیاست پولی از طریق نسبت پوشش بهره تشدید گشته است. یافتهها در ارتباط با متغیرهای کلان و برون سازمانی نیز حاکی از اثر مثبت تولید ناخالص داخلی و شاخص قیمتها بر تسهیلات دریافتی بوده است.

بررسی تأثیر تکانه درآمدهای نفتی ایران بر متغیرهای کلان اقتصادی در قالب مدل (DSGE)
هدف این مطالعه بررسی تأثیر تکانه درآمدهای نفتی ایران بر متغیرهای کلان اقتصادی در قالب مدل (DSGE)، طی دوره زمانی 1393-1373، در چارچوب اقتصاد باز مبتنی بر الگوی ادوار تجاری حقیقی، متناسب با شرایط اقتصاد ایران شامل خانوار، بنگاه، دولت و مقام پولی، بخش نفت با تأکید بر صندوق توسعه ملی میباشد. نتایج حاصل از شبیهسازی متغیرهای مدل بیانگر آن است که در اثر بروز تکانه مثبت درآمدهای نفتی، تولید، مصرف، سرمایهگذاری، مخارج دولت تحت هر دو سناریو با افزایش مواجه میشود؛ اما میزان افزایش در سناریو توزیع مستقیم مشمول مالیات بیشتر از سناریو پایه است. همچنین، هرچقدر سهم درآمدهای نفتی اختصاصیافته دولت (75و50 درصد) به خانوارها از بودجه جاری، بیشتر باشد، افزایش در منابع صندوق توسعه ملی نیز بیشتر خواهد بود. بهتبع آن، سهم تسهیلات اعطایی صندوق به بخش خصوصی (F) افزایش مییابد که بر اساس نحوه مدلسازی صورت گرفته در این مطالعه، سرمایهگذاری افزودهشده بخش خصوصی (I_t^pa) نیز با افزایش شده، درنتیجه تولید غیرنفتی کشور نیز افزایش می یابد. ازاینرو بر اساس نتایج بهدستآمده سیاست توزیع مستقیم مشمول مالیات بهعنوان سیاست مکمل صندوق توسعه ملی توصیه میشود.

هدف اصلی مقاله حاضر بررسی اثر تکانه بهرهوری کل عوامل تولید در بخشهای کشاورزی، صنعت و خدمات بر متغیرهای کلان و بخشی اقتصاد ایران است. بر این اساس با تکیه بر دادههای آماری دوره زمانی 94-1381 و با تصریح یک مدل تعادل عمومی پویای تصادفی، جهت نیل به هدف تحقیق اقدام شدهاست. الگوی تصریح شده با بهرهگیری از روش کالیبراسیون و استفاده از نرم افزار dynare حل و شبیهسازی شده است.نتایج حاصل از شبیهسازی مدل حاکی از آن است که تکانه بهرهوری کل عوامل تولید( عامل تکنولوژی در تابع تولید) در هر سه بخش اقتصادی یاد شده، منطبق بر تئوری موضوع، در اولین دوره اعمال تکانهها دارای اثرات فزاینده بر تولید کل، تولید بخشی، مصرف خصوصی و سرمایهگذاری بوده و پس از چند دوره اقتصاد به تعادل مجدد میرسد.همچنین این تکانهها در هر سه بخش دارای اثرات اولیه کاهنده بر متغیرهایی نظیر اشتغال، دستمزد، مصرف خصوصی کالاهای وارداتی، تورم، نرخ ارز واقعی، تغییرات نرخ ارز و صادرات بودهاند که در دورههای بعدی روند افزایش یافته و اقتصاد به تعادل مجدد میرسد.

برنامهریزی گسترش ظرفیت تولید برق با اهداف اقتصادی و زیستمحیطی تحت شرایط عدمحتمیت: مطالعه موردی استان کرمان
برنامهریزی برای گسترش تولید GEP))، مساله تعیین استراتژی بهینه برای برنامهریزی ساخت نیروگاههای جدید با رعایت محدودیتهای فنی و اقتصادی است. در طی چند سال اخیر مسایل زیست-محیطی نیز به دغدغههای اصلی برنامهریزان نیروگاهها اضافه شدهاست. هدف این مطالعه بررسی مدل برنامهریزی گسترش ظرفیت تولید برق چند هدفه برای مطالعه تغییرات در تصمیمهای تولید و آلودگی دیاکسیدکربن تحت عدم حتمیت در تقاضا و عرضه برق میباشد. عدم حتمیتهای تقاضا و ضریب ظرفیت تولیدی برق (عدم حتمیت عرضهی برق) بهصورت یک مجموعه فازی بیان شد. مدل فازی چند هدفه برای سیستم برنامهریزی گسترش ظرفیت تولید برق استان کرمان برای یک دورهی 12 ساله به کار گرفته شد. نتایج مطالعه نشان داد که برای پاسخ به تقاضا و تأمین همزمان اهداف اقتصادی (حداقلسازی هزینههای تولید) و زیستمحیطی (حداقلسازی هزینههای آلودگی دیاکسیدکربن) تحت شرایط عدم حتمیت تقاضا و ضریب ظرفیت تولید، بایستی ظرفیت فناوریهای برق بادی، برقآبی و سوخت زغالسنگ به ترتیب باید بیشترین گسترش را یابد. این در حالی است که اگر تنها هدف اقتصادی در نظر گرفته شود، برنامهریزی بهصورت افزایش ظرفیت تولید برق از انرژی زغالسنگ خواهد بود. همچنین برای تأمین هدف زیستمحیطی، به ترتیب بیشترین گسترش در ظرفیت فناوریهای تجدیدپذیر برق بادی، برقآبی و فتوولتائیک در برنامهریزی قرار دارد. تفاوت در نتایج، اهمیت تحلیل یکپارچه و جامع برنامهریزی گسترش ظرفیت تولید برق را نمایان میسازد. بنابراین، تصمیمسازان میتوانند در چارچوب نگاه همه جانبه اقتصادی و زیستمحیطی و لحاظ عدم حتمیتهای طرف تقاضا و عرضه به برنامهریزی پایدار گسترش ظرفیت تولید برق بپردازند.

نوسانات شدید قیمت نفت در سالهای اخیر، پژوهشگران و سیاستگذاران را نسبت به نقش هر یک از شوکهای ساختاری در تغییرپذیری قیمت نفت خام کنجکاو نموده است. در این پژوهش نوسانات قیمت نفت خام شاخص WTI و قیمت سبد نفتی اوپک (ORB) با توجه به شوکهای ساختاری در قالب مدل خود رگرسیون برداری ساختاری (SVAR) در دوره زمانی 2006 تا 2018 با استفاده از دادههای ماهانه بررسی میگردد. بر اساس نتایج تجزیه تاریخی، نوسانات قیمت نفت در سال 2008 عمدتاً مرتبط با ترکیبی از شوکهای ساختاری هست که در این میان شوکهای تقاضای نفت نقش قابلتوجهی در افت شدید قیمت از نیمه دوم سال 2008 به بعد داشتهاند. بر اساس نتایج تجزیهوتحلیل تاریخی، افت قیمت نفت خام در نیمه دوم سال 2014 عمدتاً در ارتباط با شوکهای عرضه و شوکهای تقاضای موجودی انبار نفت خام بوده است. در این برهه، قرارگیری بازار آتیها در وضعیت پس بهین (کونتانگو)، انباشت ذخایر تجاری نفت خام را بهموجب وقوع شوکهای تقاضای موجودی انبار سرعت بخشیده و فشار بر کاهش قیمت اسپات را تشدید نموده است.
