The index used for financial development of the first group is the domestic credit provided to the private sector as a ratio of GDP and the index of financial development used for the second group is the Stock market capitalization to GDP. Also, six Good Governance Indicators have been used as a measure of institutional quality. <br />The result shows that the Good Governance indicators have a positive effect on credit except for the voice and accountability. In addition, Control of Corruption, Government Effectiveness, Regulatory Quality and Rule of Law have a positive effect on the stock market capitalization. Therefore, enhancing institution quality would encourage the development of financial markets in the country studies, and policymakers must adopt appropriate policies to improve the quality of institutions توسعه مالی از طریق کانال‌های مستقیم و غیرمستقیم به رشد و توسعه اقتصادی کمک می‌کند و رسیدن به رشد اقتصادی مطلوب از اهداف کشورها است؛ بنابراین پژوهش حاضر به دنبال بررسی تأثیر کیفیت نهادها بر توسعه مالی در کشورهای درحال‌توسعه است. در این پژوهش با استفاده از روش GMM_SYS تأثیر کیفیت نهادی بر توسعه مالی در دو گروه از کشورهای درحال‌توسعه منتخب طی دوره زمانی 2019-2000 بررسی شد. شاخص مورداستفاده برای توسعه مالی گروه اول، اعتبار اختصاص داده‌شده به بخش خصوصی نسبت به تولید ناخالص داخلی و شاخص توسعه مالی مورداستفاده برای گروه دوم نسبت سرمایه‌گذاری در بازار سهام به تولید ناخالص داخلی است. همچنین از شش شاخص حکمرانی خوب به‌عنوان معیاری برای کیفیت نهادی استفاده شد. نتایج نشان می‌دهد که شاخص‌های حکمرانی خوب به‌جز حق اظهارنظر و پاسخگویی ارتباط مثبت و معناداری با شاخص اعتبار دارند. همچنین شاخص‌های کنترل فساد، اثربخشی دولت، کیفیت قوانین و مقررات و حاکمیت قانون تأثیر مثبتی بر شاخص سرمایه‌گذاری در بازار سهام دارند؛ بنابراین بهبود کیفیت نهادها منجر به ارتقاء سطح توسعه مالی در کشورهای موردمطالعه شده و سیاست‌گذاران باید سیاست‌های مناسبی در جهت بهبود کیفیت نهادها اتخاذ نمایند. https://ecoj.tabrizu.ac.ir/article_12483_4066a760bad594bbd65151612168512f.pdf
