Providing health services, such as health centers, is an effective factor in controlling the. Given the high potential of medical knowledge in our country, the existence of equipped health centers can lead policy makers and economic actors to health tourism industry. Therefore, examining the effective factors on health expenditures can be a new perspective for experts. Thus, this study compares the Spatial Error Model (SEM), Mixed Regression - Spatial Autoregressive Model (MR-SAR), and Spatial Durbin Model (SDM) with consideration of their geographical spatial dependency, in order to identify the most appropriate model that can explain the effective variables on per capita healthcare expenditures during 1995-2014. The results indicate that per capita income and life expectancy have positive impacts on per capita healthcare expenditures and the effects of foreign aid and population on per capita healthcare expenditures are negative. Moreover, the impact of spatial dependency on healthcare expenditures has been confirmed and the Spatial Durbin Model has been selected as the best model. تاثیر عوامل مختلف بر مخارج بهداشتی، در میزان سلامت جامعه جلوه‌گر می‌شود. ارائه خدمات بهداشتی درمانی همانند خانه‌ها و پایگاه‌های بهداشت در تنظیم خانواده و در نتیجه کنترل جمعیت مؤثر است. وجود مراکز مجهز درمانی، با توجه به پتانسیل بالای دانش پزشکی کشور، می‌تواند سیاست‌گذاران و فعالان اقتصادی را به سمت صنعت گردشگری سلامت رهنمون سازد. بنابراین، مطالعه عوامل موثر بر مخارج بهداشتی می‌تواند چشم‌انداز جدیدی را فراروی برنامه‌ریزان و صاحب‌نظران اجتماعی و اقتصادی قرار دهد. از این روی مطالعه حاضر برای شناسایی مناسب‌ترین مدل فضایی که بتواند آثار عوامل اثرگذار بر مخارج بهداشتی سرانه را بیان کند، به مقایسه مدل‌های خطای فضایی، مختلط وقفه فضایی و دوربین فضایی با در نظر گرفتن وابستگی فضایی جغرافیایی آن‌ها طی دوره زمانی (2014- 1995) می‌پردازد. نتایج برآورد هر سه مدل نشان می‌دهد که تاثیر درآمد سرانه و امید به زندگی بر مخارج بهداشتی سرانه مثبت و تاثیر کمک‌های خارجی و جمعیت منفی و معنی‌دار بوده است. هم‌چنین وابستگی فضایی بر مخارج بهداشتی در کشوهای مورد مطالعه تایید و مدل فضایی دوربین به عنوان مدل مناسب انتخاب می‌گردد.  https://ecoj.tabrizu.ac.ir/article_6470_d8777c785c505950ce898bf12e84759a.pdf
