The present research is applied to the research purpose, applied-development, and in terms of the method of research, it is a qualitative and quantitative mixture. In the first stage, using the Grounded Theory, a conceptual model has been used to explain the strategies for developing knowledge-based employment in the country. In the qualitative section, experts familiar with the issue of developing knowledge-based knowledge formed the statistical sample of research. According to the adequacy of sampling and theoretical saturation, 15 people were selected through purposeful sampling and bullet-shot sampling method. To analyze the data, a three stage, open, axial and selective coding process has been used. In the quantitative part of the research, the statistical population of the study included all the managers and experts of the companies of the students. The statistical sample of the research was based on the recommendations of the use of confirmatory models of 250 people. In order to collect data, a researcher-made questionnaire was used based on the sub-categories and the concepts derived from the qualitative research stage and based on the paradigm model. A confirmatory factor analysis has been used to analyze the data. The results of a small part of the research show that all validation models have been formulated appropriately. هدف این تحقیق بررسی راهکارهای توسعه اشتغال دانش بنیان در کشور می‌باشد. تحقیق حاضر از نظر هدف تحقیق، کاربردی- توسعه‌ای و از نظر روش تحقیق از نوع آمیخته کیفی و کمی است. در مرحله اول با استفاده از نظریه داده بنیاد برای ساخت مدل مفهومی برای تبیین راهکارهای توسعه اشتغال دانش بنیان در کشور استفاده شده است. در بخش کیفی، خبرگان آشنا به موضوع توسعه اشتغال دانش بنیان نمونه آماری پژوهش را تشکیل می‌دادند. با توجه به کفایت نمونه‌گیری و اشباع نظری 15 نفر به روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند و روش گلوله‌برفی انتخاب شده است. جهت تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها از فرایند سه‌مرحله‌ای کدگذاری باز، محوری و انتخابی استفاده گردیده است. در بخش کمی پژوهش نیز جامعه آماری تحقیق شامل کلیه مدیران و کارشناسان شرکت‌های دانش‌بنیان بوده است. نمونه آماری تحقیق بر اساس توصیه‌های استفاده از مدل‌های تأییدی 250 نفر تعیین شده بود. به منظور جمع‌آوری داده‌ها از پرسشنامه محقق ساخته بر اساس مقوله‌های فرعی و مفاهیم بدست آمده از مرحله کیفی پژوهش و بر اساس مدل پارادایم استفاده شده است. به منظور تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها از تحلیل عاملی تأییدی استفاده شده است. نتایج بخش کمی پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که همه مدل‌های تأییدی به شکل مناسبی تدوین شده است. https://ecoj.tabrizu.ac.ir/article_9863_8f046fb2ce0ec5796da72a2438413c13.pdf
