بررسی تاثیر عملکرد لجستیک بر روی توسعه پایدار کشورهای نوظهور: رویکرد فضایی

چکیده

در دهه­های اخیر، عملکرد لجستیک کشورها برای نیل به توسعه پایدار، مورد توجه جدی واقع شده­است. ایجاد کریدورهای تجاری و بهبود زیرساختهای حمل­ونقل از جمله هدفگذاری­های مهم برخی کشورها در سالهای اخیر بوده است که جغرافیای توسعه در سالهای آینده را تعیین و برخی کشورهای دیگر را با چالش انزوای اقتصادی روبرو خواهد کرد. این مطالعه با ابزار دانش اقتصادسنجی به بررسی نقش عملکرد لجستیک بر روی توسعه پایدار(که یک شاخص ترکیبی نشانگر توسعه­یافتگی کشورها در حوزه­های مختلف است) در کشورهای نوظهور از جمله ایران پرداخته است. مطالعه حاضر با رویکرد پانل فضایی(دو روش SDM و SAR) انجام شده است تا اثرات فضایی متغیرها بر کشورهای همسایه نیز مورد توجه قرار گیرد. نتایج حاکی از آن است که عملکرد لجستیک در هر دو مدل اثر مثبت بر توسعه پایدار کشورها دارد. همچنین بهبود عملکرد لجستیک تاثیر مثبت بر روی توسعه پایدار کشورهای همسایه نیز داشته است. لذا سرمایه­گذاری­های مشترک برای بهبود زیرساخت‌های تجاری و حمل­ونقل مانند ایجاد انواع کریدورهای تجاری از توصیه­های جدی این مطالعه می­باشد. همچنین این مطالعه نشان می­دهد آزادی اقتصادی، حکمرانی خوب، افزایش سهم مخارج بخش آموزش و سلامت تاثیر مثبت و تراکم جمعیت و وفور منابع طبیعی اثر منفی بر روی توسعه پایدار داشته است.

چکیده [English]

In recent decades, the logistics performance of countries to achieve sustainable development has received serious attention. Creating trade corridors and improving transportation infrastructure have been among the important goals of some countries in recent years, which will determine the geography of development in the coming years and will face some other countries with the challenge of economic isolation. This study has investigated the role of logistics performance on sustainable development (which is a composite index indicating the development of countries in various fields) in emerging countries, including Iran, with the tool of econometric knowledge. The present study has been carried out with a space panel approach (two methods, SDM and SAR) to consider the spatial effects of the variables on neighboring countries. The results indicate that the performance of logistics in both models has a positive effect on the sustainable development of countries. Also, the improvement of logistics performance has positively affected the sustainable development of neighboring countries. Therefore, this study’s serious recommendations are joint ventures to improve commercial and transportation infrastructure, such as creating various commercial corridors. Based on this study, economic freedom, good governance, increasing the share of education and health sector expenditures have positively effected on sustainable development. In addition, population density and abundance of natural resources have  negatively affected sustainable development
