In today's world, entrepreneurship is one of the main pillars of the economy of any country and causes the economy to move forward. On the other hand, it seems that foreign direct investment analysis has a higher priority due to its type and impact on entrepreneurship and the economy of the host country. In addition, In addition, due to the fact that no study on green foreign direct investment and its impact on entrepreneurship has been found until the moment of writing this article and based on the search of the research group, the need for research in this field is felt more than ever. Therefore, in this article, an attempt has been made to examine the impact of green foreign direct investment on entrepreneurship in Iran during the years 2008-2022. The research showed the negative impact of green foreign direct investment on entrepreneurship. This indicates the creation of plans, intensifying competition between companies and increasing the impact of entering the market, causing a decrease in efficiency.
