ﻣﻨﺎﻓﻊ اﻗﺘﺼﺎدی اﻳﺮان از ﮔﺴﺘﺮش رواﺑﻂ ﺗﺠﺎری ﺑﺎ اتحادیه اقتصادی اوراسیا: رویکرد GDyn

چکیده

موافقت‌نامه تجاری ایران و اتحادیه اقتصادی اوراسیا می‌تواند تبعات اقتصادی زیادی برای ایران داشته باشد، بر این اساس، پژوهش حاضر در پی شناسایی ﻣﻨﺎﻓﻊ اﻗﺘﺼﺎدی اﻳﺮان از ﮔﺴﺘﺮش رواﺑﻂ ﺗﺠﺎری ﺑﺎ اتحادیه اقتصادی اوراسیا می‌باشد، در همین راستا، در این پژوهش آثار کاهش تعرفه‌های وارداتی ایران و اتحادیه اقتصادی اوراسیا بر رفاه، تراز تجاری و تغییر در پرداختی بابت نیروی کار ماهر و غیر ماهر بر اساس الگوی پروژه تحلیل تجارت جهانی پویا (GDyn) و نسخه 10 پایگاه داده‌های آن، طی دو سناریو (کاهش 50 درصدی و کاهش 100 درصدی نرخ تعرفه‌ها) در یک افق بلند مدت تحلیل شده است. نتایج این پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که بخش‌ «غلات و محصولات زراعی» به دلیل حجم تجارت بالا و نیز تعرفه‌ی بالاتر، بخش «صنایع غذایی فرآوری شده» به دلیل حجم تجارات بالا، بخش «منسوجات و پوشاک» به دلیل تعرفه بالاتر و بخش «خدمات» نیز به دلیل حجم تجارت بالاتر از بخش‌های مهم و اثرگذار در توافق‌نامه تجاری ایران و اوراسیا است و پیشنهاد می‌شود تغییرات نرخ تعرفه‌ی بخش‌های ذکر شده با دقت بالایی انجام شود.

چکیده [English]

Trade Agreement between Iran and Eurasian Economic Union can have a handful of economic consequences for Iran;moreover, this research follows to determine Iran's economic interests from the expansion of trade relations with Eurasian Economic Union, in this research, the impacts of decreasing import tariffs of Iran and Eurasian economic union on welfare, trade balance and changes in payments for skilled and unskilled labor based on the model of Dynamic Global Trade Analysis Project (GDyn) and version 10 of its databases were analyzed in a Long-Run horizon during two scenarios (50% decrease and 100% decrease in tariff rates). This study's results indicate that the section " Grains Crops" in terms of the high trade volume and higher tariffs, the section "Processed Food Industry" in terms of the volume of high trade, the "textiles and clothing" sector considering higher tariffs and the "services" sector is also higher than the significant and influential sectors in Iran-Eurasia trade agreement and it is proposed that tariff rate changes are performed with high accuracyin noted sectors
